How To Customize Your Own Login Page Or Do Branding Of A Page In Office 365 Online

In SharePoint online, you can customize your own custom login page for branding it as per your business.

Note

  1. For this, you need global access rights of your tenant; that means, your account should have global admin rights of your tenant.
  2. It also needs Azure AD subscription.

How to set up custom branding for Office 365 (Customization Login Page)

  1. First of all, you need to log in to Office 365 portal https://www.office.com and enter your login credentials.

  2. After logging in, you have to select “Admin” on the left side of your page. Select the Admin option that will redirect you to another page.

  3. Here, you will get some general Office 365 operations menu. On this page, you can manage users as well as create & delete the users. You just have to click on Admin Center which is available on the left side panel.

  4. Some options are expanded in which you have to select Azure Active Directory because custom branding can be customized under Azure AD.

  5. After selecting Azure AD, it will redirect you to the Azure AD page that will take a few seconds to load. After that, there is an option on the top - after clicking, the menu completely expands where you have to select Azure AD Directory.

  6. Now, you have to select the Company Branding option that will redirect you to the Company Branding page.

  7. Click on "Edit".

    Now, select the images of Logo, Background Banner, and Text as per your need and click on the Save icon.

    It will take approx. 20 to 30 minutes to sync and work perfectly. You can see your changes on the main login page.
