Cortana is not just a voice-controlled assistant; you can also type the commands and questions. In Windows 10 Anniversary update version, Cortana is available from the lock screen. Cortana can be used to search the Web and also for the files on your PC or phone.
You can utilize the Application to set the arrangements in your date-book, set up updates, make notes, play music and get headings for spots.
To enable Cortana on lock screen, follow the steps, given below-
Step 1 - First, you can select Ask me anything search bar.
Step 2 - You can select the settings icon from the left side bar.
Step 3 - When you click on the setting icon, the new dialogue box opens.
Step 4 - In this step, find the option and use Cortana, even when the device is locked you will turn on the lock screen button.
