Change Cursor Thickness in Windows 8

Introduction

In this article we are explaining how to increase change the cursor thickness in Windows 8. Many people with limited vision find the text cursor difficult to find on the screen, and track it while its moving. The text cursor or "insertion point" is the vertical line that indicates where a letter will appear when you start typing. Text cursor thickness can be seen when you write or open a document.

The cursor can be very difficult to find or locate, especially when the screen is set to a very high resolution of a small monitor or LCD panel.

How to change the cursor thickness in Windows 8.

Step 1

Move the cursor to the bottom-right and click on setting. And select "Change PC Settings" from the settings.

In PC settings go to the "Ease of Access" tab.

In this step, select the cursor size that you want.

Now open any document to see the modified cursor size.
