ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load

I have problem with .NET 3.5 The button_click event is not working in IE but its working in FireFox.
When i went in sourceview of page then i got "ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load."

I have already deleted the ajaxControltoolkit.dll and referenced again.

How can i solve this issue?
