Carrer growth in development

Hello sir

My name is yogesh,I am working as programmer from last one year in asp.net web forms.Now i join a company which is not working in asp.net.Now i am working webdev language. It is pc soft company product.from previous 4 month i am tottaly disconnected with Asp.net.Can you please tell me that what is the carrer growth in webdev language.
