Datagridview Autocomplete not working

Question

hi Sir.. i am using datagridview using textbox for autocomplete. first row is working properly and geting list values. but next row what i get in the first row that is listing. its not work based on my search value, am using jquery for autocomplete. can you please help me to return the correct row cell value...
