Foxpro database Conversion to SQL Server database

I have a Foxpro database which i won't to convert in Sql Server how can i convert it. Using ODBC Data Source Administrator i have tried but not done and also i have SQL Server 2014

installed and VS 2012 help with screen shot for converting.
