How to use tree view in asp.net without using data base

I want to use treeview without using database in asp.net.in this I created some country ..inside the country I used state ans inside the state I used city..I created the design like this.now I want if user click on particular city in that how to show hospital:30,engineering college:27,railway stop: 5...

You would have to write everything in your HTML there is no other way.
