hi i am working as a .net developer In my Point Of view You need To go with Asp.net With MvcAngular js(2345) This is the way You learn Easyly Web Development Core Knowldege with new technology.. Ruby on Rails it is a Server Side You need Manage a Serever to request and response the web development application.. i preffred asp.net it is easy to learn now days angular developer with .net is most wanted profile.
