Reading from MS Exchange with C#

Hello I have a project for school. A part of this project is to read mail from an Microsoft Exchange Server with C# I already searched a lot on the Internet but i could barely find something. Is there someone who has experience with this problem? Greets

You must use de Outlook Client to support the programming with CDO or MAPI. I've been looking for a direct solution but has been impossible (mission 3). Good look!
