Set font size of text file

Question

There is one text file which is generated from cmd on button click event of my windows form. I want to change the font size of text file. For example default font size is 11 and I want to make it 10.

Actually the .txt format does not contain formatting such as font size bond italics etc. use a markup language like html  or another file format such as pdf or something else.
