In this article we discuss scheduling and searching an issue in JiRA tool
To schedule an issue the user must provide the "Due Date" field when creating the issue or editing the issue later.
A user can do either a simple search or an advanced search to search for issues using their Due Date.
A user can search for the issues using the Issue Navigator by clicking on the searching for issues link under the issues drop-down in the header. The user can search the issues based on the "Due Date" field using 2 ways. The first one is by using fixed date values, the second one is by using periods that are relative to the current date.
User can also search issues that are due between two dates by providing both the "Due After" and the "Due Before" fields.
