What is Azure Security Center?
Security Center supports you by preventing, detecting and responding to threats with increased visibility into and control over the security of your Azure resources. It offers integrated security monitoring and policy management across your Azure subscriptions that helps to detect threats that might otherwise go unnoticed, and works with a wide ecosystem of security solutions.

Prerequisites
Access Security Center
Sign in to the online Microsoft Azure Portal. Select browse, scroll to the Security Center option.
Next, we will get the Azure Security Center Welcome Page, next click to go to your security dashboard option.
In the Security Center blade, select the policy tile for a list of your subscriptions and the resource groups.
Next, in the Security policy blade; select a subscription to view the policy details.

Security Center evaluates the security state of your Azure resources to identify the potential security vulnerabilities. A list of recommendations guides you through the process of configuring the required controls.

Resource health
The resource security health tile displays the overall security posture of the environment by the resource type, including the virtual machines, Web Applications and the other resources.
Security alerts
Security Center automatically collects, analyzes and integrates the log information from your Azure resources, the network, and the partner solutions like antimalware programs and firewalls. When the threats are detected, a security alert is created.
