Create an Azure IoT Hub Service

Prerequisites

  • Azure account 

Now let's get started with the following steps:

Create an Azure IoT Hub Account

Step 1

Sign in to the online Microsoft Azure Portal.

Step 2

In the Jump bar, click New > Internet of Things > Azure IoT Hub.

Step 3

Nex to the New IoT Hub Account blade, specify the desired configuration for the IoT Hub account (Name and Resource Group). Click Create button at the bottom of the screen to create the IoT Hub.

The portal will show that it is Deploying the account, and upon completion, a Deployments succeeded notification will appear in Notifications.
