about Windows phone SDK 8

hi i am using Visual studio 2012 and win phone SDK 8 but when i m debugging my win phone form this throw an exception which is given below: and it is not showing designer form. kindly tell what happened to it?

which version of windows are you using i guess u are using Windows 8 but the SDK requires Windows 8 Pro so kindly update your OS first.

i have browsed the site which u mentioned but it downloading word file instead of setup now how can i installed Hyper V?
