adding controls to panel dinamically

Question

Hi I have a flowlayout panel containing 3objects(containing checkbox and textbox) while form loading. I have a button ADD when ever user clicks add he gets input box and enter some number. i have to add that number of objects to flowlayout along with old 3objects. for (int i = 0; i { UserPattern oUserPattern = new UserPattern(userDefParser + (i+1)); pnlUserPattern.Controls.Add(oUserPattern); } here pnlUserPattern is the flowlayout panel. problem is only intial 3 objects are showing. I think the first 3 objects is added in the form only not inside the Panel control. That's why u r getting the Panel controls count value as 0. When U add the 'n' objects in the Panel control due to the control size it may not be visible to you. (Can confirm from the Panel controls count it's added successfully). Using the below code you can test whether the objects are added successfully or not. foreach ( Control subctrl in (( Panel )panel1).Controls) { if (subctrl is TextBox ) { MessageBox .Show(subctrl.Name); } else if (subctrl is CheckBox ) { MessageBox .Show(subctrl.Name); } } If still not getting pls attach ur code in this.

Thanks Marimuthu. UserPattern class containing two controls one is checkbox and followed by textbox. I have to add those objects to my userpattern panel. Intially i am adding 3 objects it's working fine at that time. I am taking input from user and need to add those number of userpattern objects to pnluserpattern. before adding objects to panel i am getting pnluserpattern.control.count as o. but it showing 3 intial objects. After adding n objects it's showing count as 'n' but displaying only intial objects in the panel. Actually it has to show 'n+3' as count. is there any oterway to add these 'n' objects to panel along with intial objects. thanks very much.

Hi Vasu No idea about your UserPattern function. Might be the control is added successfully and not visible due to the control size.
