Adding text to footer of gridview paging

Question

Hi all I have a gridview which displays multiple records. I have set AllowPaging attribute to true which shows numbers at the bottom of the page. I want text as(Page| ) written before those numbers and pipe ( | ) sign in between numbers. How to do this in asp.net c#.. Please Heeelllllppppp...

Page number in the footer of the gridview were automatically generated by the gridview control if you set the AllowPaging property to true. I suggest you make use of a DataRepeater control in order for you to customized your paging value.
