Hi Well it really depends on your current level. If you are an experienced one then most likely they will asked information based on what you've written in your resume something like about the projects that you've been working on what technologies methodologies design patterns did you used stuff like that. Just be true to yourself and answer questions as you can during the interview if you could site or demonstrate some practical examples during interview then that would be a big plus. If you are a fresher then most likely they ask about your theses data structures and etc Also you would need to learn the basic concept of OOPs and how ASP.NET works if you are applying for web. You would also need to know about basic data access data types variables  syntax and how to write methods and classes. If you are into web then learn the basic concept of the web client technologies and know how the stateless world works and more importanty you should know about request and reponse. I've interviewed alot of web developers from mid to senior level and some of them doesn't even know about Request and Response thing. PS: I don't typically refer inteview questions from the internet instead I would ask questions based from their project experience and skills sets. Bottom line is be true to yourself in the interview and don't anwser questions that is by the book.
