Application user client rank/lister(Emulator)

Question

Hope this is the right spot...
Would anyone be interested in working on a project for a User client connector.

Basically I'm looking for someone that can build a application loader with a tcp packet hook, and a decryption/encryption engine for the packets.

i would prefer to do it in C#
