As any error occur in ms windows 2003 a entry should be made in a text file

One of my client is managing his server What he want As any error occur on windows like abnormal Shut down, Processor hang etc, Though an entry should be made in a text file,

Though please let me confirm How can i Trap The error on windows may be from EventLog class already build in c# or something elese
