AS2 protocol+Encryption+Decryption of certificatets using c#.net code

hi ,

 I am new to this concept. Anyone guid me how to do this .

 I need to work with AS2 protocol and cerfications also to send file from one place to other place . How can i encrypt that files with as2 protocol encrypt with certificats by using c#.net code. Any useful links regarding that or any good third parties is there please guid me.
