Asp.Net RadioButtons

Question

Hi I Have 2 pages employee and ModifyEmployee...In Employee page i have to insert the values where in ModifyEmployee on selection of EmpId in dropdownlist i have to fill all the controls with values from the databasewhile doing these operationsiam unable to retrieve RadioButton values from the database can anybody plz suggest some C# code for retriving the value of radiobutons from sql server database.... Thanx for the codeMy Actual Problem is i have 6 radio buttons divided 3 groupswhen iam changing different id's in dropdownlist the radiobutton values are not updatig according to the employee id which is there s dropdownlist....
