Attendance Management System using 3 tier Architecture

Hello
I want to create Web Application for Attendance Management System Using 3 tier Architecture.
I don't know how to use that 3 tier Architecture as I am using this for the very first time.
I have tried it with the help of some sites but it gives an error about "ConfigurationManager" and "DLL" File.

Hi ConfigurationManager just add the reference of Sysytem.Data. ConfigurationManager ur error will be removed.
