Authentication Modes in SQL Server

Hi Friends I want to know about authentication modes in SQL Server and how can I change authentication modes ?

There are two authentication methods. 1) Windows authentication 2) Sql authentication windows authentication takes current logged in windows credentials. Sql server authentication takes the user id and password created on the sql server.
