Auto generate Number in Winform TextBox

i Will Save Serial No 1 than after Saving show me value 2
but I will closed Form than Reopen Form show me again value 1
than how to check already value save and give me 2nd One

Hi, If you don't have any database store or datagrid then save the current value in one text file (like cache) where application path. Every time get the value from there and increment the value and again update the imcremented value in the text file.

On re-opening, are you showing grid with data populated in it? If yes, then while populating grid itself, you can get row count and get it increamented by 1.   If you are not populating grid on re-opening, in that case you have to get this count from the saved state of your data.

If you already saved the data to database you can read it from database and increment it. If not get the row count of datagrid view and increment it by 1.
