Bond in Companies

Question

i completed my Dotnet course and now i am looking for a job in dotnet domain as a web developer. but mostly companies are demanding for filling bond of 1 year or 2 year. what should i do? Either i should fill the bond in those companes or seek for other companies that are not demanding bond???

Mostly bigger companes don't demand for filling bond but few startup or mid size companies may ask you to sign bond. It depends upon how much salary they are offering you. It is worth to invest an year in a company if companies are good you learn day by day there. I personally think fresher should not think about salary initialy instead he or she should be thinking for learning day by day. So join those companies where you can learn and grow in your career. Startup companies are best to join in initial days because there are lot of things there to learn. Some bigger service based companies may offer you better but chances to learn is minimal compared to startup companies. Also check such companies whether they are not fake. I believe job is also an investment. As long as you invest in job you will be benefitted later.

Now a days many companies ask for the bond. Because developers used to left companies in short period of time so they make a bond with them. If you are sure of staying in same company for certain years then you should sign a bond. There is nothing wrong in that. Even in my case I had signed bond of 2 years.
