C# code in ACAD dwg file for asking password

Question

HI EVERYBODY,
I want to write a C# code for my DWG file.
I want to be able to ask for a password whenever someone wants to open the DWG file.
I want the code to be embedded in the DWG file and I don't want to see any extra file except the DWF file.
Is is possible?
