Can`t able to run the PHP using Netbeans

Question

I am a beginner to the web developement. I am started to learn about PHP,here I using the php in Netbeans while running the program it will show the error like bad request and even I watched some tutorials in youtube for retifying the error but i cannot able to resolve that can anyone please help me
