Cannot open backup device

Cannot open backup device '\192.168.0.3\Debug\ImagesTHMS_Replica_2018.bak'. Operating system error 5(Access is denied.). BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

first of all that .bak file must not be in a debug folder.   I suggest to move it somewhere else then try again,

Go to the SQL server folder in start menu and click configuration tools Select SQL Server configuration manager On SQL server services, on the desired instance change the (Log On as) to local system.

May be some permission issue with that folder. Giver full permission to that folder.
