Currently in Manual From one yearprior to that worked on virtualisation. Does QTP knoledge help in job opportunities further? or is it all selenium now.?

Hi... As far as my knowledge goes about testing the testing path is very limited. For real growth one must start with a developer. A developer than can have many choices. Eg - After 1.5yrs of development one can go for Network Security Information Security DBA(Database Administrator) SAP Applications Testing Sharepoint Mobile Applications etc and so on. This is because one who knows development have all these knowledge. One who knows coding / development and system working can learn hacking soon. If interested you can also go for CEH - EC Council. Depends on location. Bangalore and Chennai in my knowledge generally have requirements in QTP. But gather the experience first. Try to stay in a company for little longer. It adds value in your resume.
