Bonjour
S'il vous plais j'aimerais bien savoir comment je peux piloter les cartes son en Csharp et est ce que sous Csharp ou .Net ce genre de périphériques matériels sont supportés.

The main problem here is that you still have not made it clear what you need to do and you are still thinking in terms of the sound card . I suspect that since you are being vague, people are misleading you instead of trying to get clarification. Instead of creating a new thread to ask the same question as the previous thread, it probably would be more productive for you have clarified your first thread on this subject.
There is a really good chance that there are articles in this web site that will help you.

There are three classes in the System.Media namespace which can be used to play sounds (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.media.aspx) but that's all there is in the .NET Framework to my knowledge.
To use the above classes you need to include a reference to system.dll in your project if it's not already listed.
There's also the open source NAudio library for .NET (see http://naudio.codeplex.com/) but I don't think even that will provide low-level support for controlling the sound card directly if that's what you're looking for.
Incidentally, the NAudio discussions forum may be a good place to ask for any specialist info we can't supply on here.
