Configuration Error in ASP.NET web app Publish

Hi Vishwanath,   Please check your Application pool in IIS which is used for your application. Change pool to 4.0

HI Madan,   I have changed .net framework like you instructed to 4.0.    Now the above issue replaced by a new error. see the screenshot below:-
