Control resizing in wp7

Dear All I want to resize control like button on touch of a finger on the particular control in wp7 app.Can you help me how to do? Thanks

No. Emulator won't take touch events.

I dont have touch screen monitor.Is it possible to test in the emulator or i need to have windows phone 7 mobile to test?
