Priya as per my knowledge & experience there is no tool to do these conversion automated. you need to do these conversion manually.

jQuery is also Javascript code. It is not another language just a javascript library. As per my knowledge there is no such tool like that to convert from javascript to jQuery. If you are using jQuery now then now on wards you start with writing jQuery code. When you will get time you can remove old javascript code. Secondly if you are changing to jQuery code then you may need to retest your app to make sure that you din't break any functionality.
