conversion wizard problem

how open visual studio 2005 project in visual studio 2008 version using conversion wizard.

to convert the solution, change the permission on the solution file to allow modification and re-open it

Remove your solution file from VS 2005. Then try to wizard. One more thing ...check your folder is not Read only.

Pl take backup before doing anything.

first make sure visual studio 2005 is closed, second check to see whether the solution file is read only.
