Convert PDF file into Excel

I have some PDF files and I want to convert that files in to Excel format. In PDF i have data as follows

Key skills: Critical Care Medicine , Regional Anesthesia    Current Emp: Test CurrentCompany           Koustubh Pradhan
Experience: 3 yrs                                                              CTC: Rs 4,00,000 annually                           Ph:[phone]
Last Active Date: 29 Dec, 2009                                         Previous Emp:Test Emp                               Age:31 yrs

and I want to export this data to Excel as follows

Can you Please help me in this to develope desktop application in dot net.
