Crate WEB API with database Oracle

Dear All I'm newbie .NET and want to create WEB API with Oracle database can anybody give me sample create web api with Oracle database.. Tnks.

you just have to change the connection string for oracle other things remains the same. I think you know how to make webapi you just have to connect it with oracle for that  add connection string to wed.config file.
