Create lib folder with (dll files)

Question

I need help.

Create a lib folder in which you want to put the dll files.
How to do it.

I do not want to find the dll files with exe file.

I'd like to fix it in the lib folder. I do not want to be in the References.

Well first of all if you use a dll in a C# program you always have to add a reference to it. If you're using the command line compiler you can either do this using the /r command line switch or by including the referenced dll in the csc.rsp file. The latter lists the dlls which are always referenced by default. However when the compiler searches for a dll it starts by looking in the current working directory and if it isn't there it looks in the CLR system directory. However you can add other directories for the compiler to search after that using either: 1. The /lib command line switch (e.g. /lib:dir1 dir2); or 2. The LIB environment variable. It's perhaps #1 above which you have in mind?
