Crystal reports page problem

Question

Hi All,
 
I am new to Crystal reports,
i am having a problem in the reports
my Quesion ??
 
I am preparing a report in crystal report which contains n... no of records to be displayed in the report.
say there are 10 records to be displayed like this from database
 
1                  6
2                  7
3                  8
4                  9
5                  10

 and all the 10 records are correctly fitted in the page
like this so it will be displayed in the reports in all the pages simelarly
but if there are only 6 records in the last page
and i want to display the records like this way

1                  4
2                  5
3                  6

** two recorde gap is there in the last page**
end of the page
the records to be displayed like this and the remaining page should be blank
