DataBind in AJAX

for any ajax control u need to add its class as below

and then u can find the control like gridview in that
and bind

AjaxControlToolkit.Accordion ac1 = (AjaxControlToolkit.Accordion)(grView.FindControl("MyAccordion"));
GridView grApp=(GridView )(  ac1.FindControl("gv1"));
gv1.DataSource = ds.Tables[0];
 gv1.DataBind();
