DataGridView Error in Insert Statement

Hi I am in a project of doing Purchase System. During insert statement I getting an error. Here the screenshot:- I didn't getting a hint that how it occures. So please help me on this issue.

Debug your code once again and check whether you pass any string as null or empty. null and empty string are different in stored procedure.
