Question

hai i have a requirement i have 2 textxboxes mobileno and pincode if i enter mobileno alone and pincode alone or at a time both   i should fetch data

 from db2 database and also i need to validate the entered textbox value with database value if it corrects i do some operation or else something and also

if i enter mobileno and wrong pincode no then i dont want to fetch data and pincode wrong and mobile no correct also i dont want to fetch data both are wrong also i dont want to fecth data.Thanks
