Default query display and filter included

Question

Hello
How to display by default a query for retrieving 6 months prior to current date
and report that has Month & Year filter ?
Not able to combined it into one query for the Datasource to get it to display when load without selecting the filter.
If filter is selected, it will retrieved only the month & year filter only for the 6 months query...Any idea?

Your question is not very clear. But according to what I understood I'm trying to answer it. To write a query for retrieving 6 months prior to current date Assuming there is a date column called 'DateCol' in your table SELECT DateCol FROM where DateCol >= ADD_MONTHS ( SYSDATE  - 6 ) If this answer doesnot help you let me know.
