I run into a deployment problem. After I developed a simple C# app on my Laptop running XP with SP2, I copied the app over to my old destop running XP without SP2 or SP1, the app failed to run and saying "The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate." why ? How can I fix it?
