Display video in asp.net 4.0

Question

Good day to all.

I wont to dislay a video with instruction on my web site.
Do anyone now what is the best way to do this.The video is in .swf extension
Is posible to have a player with many, to let the customer to decide if he wont to watch or not

You can not directly stop or push the swf file like vedio. you must send request to flash file for this. http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flex/using/WS2db454920e96a9e51e63e3d11c0bf626ae-7feb.html if Answer given by me is ok then check Accepted Asnwers Thanks

I didn't now that is this complicatedif you now better way to display a video on web page please let me now.I must record a desktop and put on pagei can convert the video in another file but i don't now in witch is the best to do this.Only this video must have a control thet aloves a costumer to choose if he wont to watch. thx for your kindness

this work but still i don't get a control to stop and pause the video and   get's an error
