Does c# 6.0 is compatible with .net 4.5 ?

I think I'm right in saying that the latest C# 6.0 beta only works with .NET 4.6 also in beta. This comes with the VS 2015 Preview or can be downloaded as a separate Preview. See: https://roslyn.codeplex.com/ Also there are some features of C# 6.0 which are definitely going to change in a future beta notably string interpolation and 'using static'.
