Editing Hosts File

Question

Hi I am looking for some codes that can write a new line to the hosts file in C:/windows/sys32/drivers/etc/ without having Administrator Permission to do this. something similar to a banner blocker.

Yes this can be done !! but restart is require after modifying the UAC settings the code that change the UAC settings must have Admin rights because UAC is main Security in Vista / Windows 7 to prevent virus from automatic run.

you can not do this unless you disable UAC under windows Vista or Windows 7.
