Error CS1503 : Conversion to System.Predicate

Question

Hi,   When I try to convet from to System.Predicate I has this error :   Error CS1503 Argumento 1: no se puede convertir de 'int' a 'System.Predicate ' WindowsFormsAppC C:\Users\josramir\source\repos\WindowsFormsAppC\Form1.cs 27 Activo   Intructions :   int intToFind = arr[K]; List listOut = arr.FindAll( (System.Predicate ) intToFind);   How can I do it?

Array.FindAll(arr, a=> a == intToFind);
