I have a excel sheet with 2 records where one field is Status = "Active".
excelshseet:
| id | name | age | status |
| 1 | name1 | age1 | Active |
| 2 | name2 | age2 | Active |
I am storing it in database
now next time when again I am going to update data then my excel sheet is -
excelshseet:
| id | name | age | status |
| 1 | name1 | age1 | Active |
then in database for id(2) status should become "Inactive".
data base table:
| id | name | age | status |
| 1 | name1 | age1 | Active |
| 2 | name2 | age2 | Inactive |
Please help.

Also you can directly export that excel's content to a DataTable object.
But regarding your second requirement, unfortunately I need more info on what exactly you need to do, but as it is now I can just presume that what you need would be to use a WHERE SQL query with a NOT EXISTS or NOT IN. After you retrieve the necessary records you would update their 'status' field.
