Exe is not opening in another machine

Hi ,

 

I have  created a windows forms application in C#. The exe is running fine in my machine. But when I trasfer the exe to some other machine it is not opening and if I select "Run as administrator" it shows "exe stopped working" message. Please help me in resolving the issue.

 

Framework selected: .Net framework 4.5

Debug againt: Any CPU option.
